Terms & Conditions
The game asks you to accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy before you play. If we change them in a way that matters, the game asks again.
1. What Wacky Zoo is
A casual zoo game for Android. You hatch eggs, raise and care for cartoon animals, mix them into hybrids, train them, battle computer-controlled opponents in an Arena league, catch wild animals and decorate your zoo. Some features use the Solana blockchain and a wallet; the whole game can also be played without one.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. Wacky Zoo is not available where blockchain games or digital-asset payments are prohibited, or to residents of countries subject to OFAC sanctions. By playing you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Your wallet
Connecting a wallet is optional. You are solely responsible for your wallet, its seed phrase and private keys. We never receive them, cannot recover them, and will never ask for them — anyone who does is trying to steal from you. Signing in only signs a text message; it never moves funds.
4. What you can buy
- Packs (for example the Founder Pack and the Explorer Pack) are paid in $SKR or SOL by a transfer you sign in your own wallet. Each pack's contents and price are shown before you buy.
- Some eggs hatch a random animal. Every egg shows which animals it can hatch and the odds before you buy or open it. Eggs sold in the Market for in-game coins can only be bought with coins earned in play.
- You also pay Solana network fees, which we do not receive.
- Payments on the blockchain are final. We cannot reverse or refund a confirmed transaction, including one sent in error. If a paid pack does not arrive, contact us with the transaction signature and we will investigate.
- A pack is delivered as soon as your wallet signs the payment and is checked on the blockchain afterwards. If the transaction failed on the blockchain, the items it delivered are taken back.
- Purchases are recorded against your wallet address, so they can be restored on a new installation.
5. Game items have no monetary value
Animals, eggs, coins, gems, food, goods, decorations, levels and every other in-game item are a licence to use game content, not property. They are not stored on the blockchain, have no monetary value, cannot be cashed out, are not investments and carry no promise of value or future utility. They cannot be sold or transferred outside the game. We may rebalance prices, rewards and odds, but never retroactively to take away something you already have.
6. Progress and cloud save
Your zoo is stored on your device. If you sign in with a wallet, it is also saved to our server so you can restore it on another device. Without signing in, uninstalling the game or clearing its data erases your progress and we cannot recover it.
7. Fair play
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, modify the game, automate play, tamper with saves or attempt to obtain paid items without paying. We may reset progress gained through a breach. Anything beyond that is decided by a person, and you may appeal by email within 30 days.
8. Intellectual property and third-party assets
- The game code, design, and the Wacky Zoo name and logo belong to Coffee on Chain.
- Animal models: Quirky Series by Omabuarts Studio, used under a commercial licence purchased on CGTrader.
- The zookeeper model: Quaternius (CC0).
- Music: tracks licensed under the Pixabay Content License. Sound effects are generated by the game itself.
- Rights holders who believe something infringes their rights can contact us at the address in section 14.
9. Content
Cartoon animals and slapstick battles between them. No real-world violence, no sexual content, no chat and no user-generated content.
10. Not an investment, no affiliation
$SKR and SOL are third-party digital assets whose value can change or fall to zero. Wacky Zoo is not affiliated with Solana Mobile, the Solana Foundation or any wallet provider.
11. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or end the game or any feature. If we end the game, we will announce it at least 30 days in advance on this website. We may update these Terms; if a change materially affects you, the game asks you to accept the new version.
12. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Liability under the German Product Liability Act is unaffected. Otherwise our liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law (§ 276 BGB).
13. Law and disputes
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
